Support for families raising a child with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, or another developmental disability.
Our service
Respite is non-medical care delivered in the consumer's home by a trained caregiver, funded through the regional center. It gives the primary caregiver scheduled, reliable time away while the consumer stays safe and supported in familiar surroundings.
Respite care is non-medical. Our caregivers do not perform skilled nursing tasks, administer injections, or provide medical treatment.
Support for families raising a child with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, or another developmental disability.
Respite for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities living at home with family, including help with personal care and daily living skills.
Scheduled relief hours so parents, guardians, and siblings can rest, work, or attend to the rest of the household.
Respite hours are authorized by your regional center service coordinator. Ask your coordinator to refer you to Maulin Home Care Services — or have them submit the referral online.
